Energy storage is a new, flexibly adjusting resource with prospects for broad application in power systems high proportions of renewable energy integration. However, have spare capacity under stable working conditions and may be idle some periods. These actions are primarily selected peak shaving valley filling, frequency regulation, voltage regulation as the only control target; thus, cannot used effectively, which weakens effect on grid support. To improve utilization rate economic benefits system enhance support performance safe operation grid, this article proposes switching strategy an based multi-layer logic judgment to maximize ensure operation. First, study analyzed potential multi-ancillary service requirements system, combined auxiliary compensation station.
